It's still early-stage, and it feels like it. Processes are a work in progress, and you'll regularly hit gaps where the "right way" to do something just doesn't exist yet — you end up defining it as you go. That's energizing if you like building from scratch, but it can be a source of friction if you're expecting things to already be buttoned up.
