High pay but distressing management and HR issues - Recensione dipendente - Service Desk L2 presso Scalable OS

My experience with the internal management at this company was highly distressing. I was served with termination papers, but shortly after, I received multiple late-night calls and emails to my personal account asking me to return to work and retract the termination. This lack of internal coordination between the company and the client created a very confusing and traumatizing experience for me. Furthermore, the release of my final pay has been a point of friction. Despite completing my clearance, I was told I would have to wait significantly longer than the standard 30-day window mandated by labor regulations. I might have to consider legal mediation through the proper government channels just to receive my earned wages. I would advise future employees to be very cautious about the administrative and HR processes here.
