You may be a little bit overwhelmed by all the micro services and coding flavors, but once you get used to it everything flows.

The company was growing very quickly at the time

The most micromanagement I've ever had in my life. Whenever people took meetings together within a team, there was big brother-esque discouragement from all corners of the room. People were laid off or fired every few weeks, and there was a constant fear of being in trouble. Compensation was not top of the market whatsoever to even make up for it. Embraced uptight, "work hard" culture with no balance. Experiences I had after working here beat out this place so much that in a sense I was thankful for having had the worst of it.
