It felt like who you knew was more important than what you were capable of doing. Since many of the hires are through referrals, it may be tough to integrate if you're not already connected. While the salary was competitive, it came at a cost to my work-life balance and well-being. Salary delays were also a recurring issue during my time there, adding to the stress. The fear of sudden termination or feeling pressured to resign due to tough work conditions was a constant concern for me and many of my colleagues.
