      ScaleSec has the best people from your large consulting firm. Everyone here is an expert. There are no hangers-on here. The ability to learn is magnified because of that. We have people from Big4, Accenture, Coalfire, Okta, DoD, Amazon, Chef, and all the companies you have heard of in this space. We pay bonuses when you get certs. Like...it comes in your paycheck. That way, you can become better and not just leave for a new place. Our culture is awesome. Everyone is willing to help everyone else. I would describe us as the power of a big firm in a little firm, hence the review headline.

      The benefits are pretty typical, but it's a small shop so it's not like a place like Schellman where you get an enormous 401K match. It's a startup, so if that bothers you deep inside it's probably a bad fit. We expect people to be pretty good pretty quickly, so if having a lot of individual responsibilities makes all your hair standup, then it's probably a bad fit.

      You are so right! Getting folks at the just right time is a challenge--just enough experience and desire to lean in while not being burned out by a large consultancy. It is an art to attract folks away from offers from MAMMOTH CLOUD PRODUCT companies but in our last 3 hires we have done just that. We must be doing something right. Thanks for the review.
