This is the second time writing this review so I'll keep it short and sweet, before I start, please don't listen to the 5* reviews on here, the director of 3XS has made people write 5* reviews to make this place sound better than it is, litarlly made people write one after my review went up the first time, Heres why you should stay away: - Forced overtime - Director is the worst person to work with - No progression - Call centre bonuses over £1000 every 3 months while 3XS get next to nothing - All the time I worked there I was on minimun wage or 50p above it. From someone whos worked here for over 5+ years please take it from me, you will never be happy at this place and any passion you have for computers/tech will be taken away from you by the director.
