Svantaggi
Having left the company last year, I've had time to reflect on my experiences there, particularly concerning the leadership under our CEO. My tenure was marked by significant learning opportunities and moments of growth, yet these positives were often overshadowed by the leadership style and the prevailing company culture. One of the most notable challenges was the CEO's erratic behavior and inconsistent presence in the workplace. This unpredictability created a sense of instability, making it difficult to secure the necessary guidance and support for various projects. The lack of reliable leadership presence led to delays, confusion, and a general feeling of insecurity among the team. Moreover, the work environment was marred by a culture of gossip and hostility, which seemed to be overlooked, if not tacitly encouraged, by the CEO. This atmosphere stifled open communication and collaboration, making it uncomfortable for employees to voice their ideas or concerns. Such an environment not only hinders team cohesion but also impacts overall morale and productivity. From my current vantage point, I see that the company holds tremendous potential, yet it is held back by leadership issues and the negative aspects of its culture. A shift towards a more stable, positive leadership approach could transform the workplace, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where employees feel valued and motivated.
