Worst Company to work for..... - Recensione dipendente - Operations Manager presso ScanCafe

A lot of ppl ask me why did I leave my pervious job as operations manager of ScanCafe, today I would like to explain. There were many reasons but the most annoying one was that the CEO of ScanCafe thinks he is bigger than government of Bhutan itself. I remember him saying once in a meeting held after he terminated more than 10 staffs and when he was questioned by MOLHR in regard to the termination, he said No one has the right to question me and my company as there are so many unemployed ppl in Bhutan and they should be grateful that I have employed more than 600 of those ppl in my company. He is an arrogant, insensitive and a selfish person, who only thinks about making money out of the bhutanese ppl and doesnot even pay them well, the amount of over time that is done in ScanCafe is incomprehensable. He is so cheap that he has not yet paid 1 lakh, 4 thousand ngultrum that I am still suppose to get from that company. He manipulates data which MOLHR wants to see. The only reason SCANCAFE is even in Bhutan is coz it cost him only 1/3 of the amount he would actually have to pay in rent &electricity if he had opened the same company in India. The biggest mistake I made in my career was to join ScanCafe. Last year I came in the BBS n represented that company which I fully regret now. I would also advice anyone who is wanting to join that company, Dont work in Scancafe, these ppl will squeeze your sweat and blood and will not even recognise your efforts in the end, and if you try to stand up for your right, he will threaten you by trying to ruin your career.
