A very positive work culture with respect for individual as key. Organisation structure is very lean and progressive. A very forward looking organisation with growth mindset. This is an organisation where you shouldn’t be afraid of making mistakes, as each mistakes is an opportunity for you to find rectification in order to achieve a new better normal. Good annual leave, maternity leave, paternity leave and education support. There is additional childcare leave for parents.

Organisational structure is too lean so career and pay wise could be quite stagnant, but they are always opportunities for career growth across functions, continents and regions, so you’ll have to work for it and to voice out what you want during performance development discussion. Benefits are not bad, but too little team activities and corporate events.
