Very flexible owners who have their finger on the pulse of the business. They provide positive feedback to the management team and encourage idea's to boost moral for the employees across all departments. If you express interest in growing within the company and show that your willing to be a team player and work hard, that opportunity will be given to grow. I've worked for several good companies in my past and this company ranks right up there with the best of them. Not a lot of windows in the building. lol

Family owned, family environment. Yes, they run a tight ship, they have to because they handle very sensitive material for schools, hospital & other business and they have to meet strict deadlines w/ accuracy but they care about their employees . Everyone was very supportive when I had a family crisis after only 6 months of employment! Most people in the office have been there over 10 years! I worked there only 3 years before retiring. I had a very good experience at scantek.

They spend money on new technology but should consider Advertising, most of their business is word of mouth.
