Vantaggi

Many very 'good' employees as company focusses on hiring culture fit. Dont see too many 'cardboard' managers although they are not empowered Good projects Trying to make positive changes but ignoring the obvious issues.

Svantaggi

Pay is average at best. Can see very big differences in teams. Many people jumped ship, rest understaffed without trained/system-familiar resources because of the greed of the company's closed purse strings. only gives increases when people resign. Annual increases very low and employees lied to about the average increases. Extremely bad bonus system. Managers are extremely hands-off with developing their teams, salaries etc and even if they do role out trainings, they excessive overtime makes it unrealistic anyone can better themselves. Employee loyalty is exploited, may work excessive overtime which the company pretends to be ignorant of. Inequal work load distribution. You can't get worse workload, the company is a health time bomb. All companies have a main goal of being profitable, but not all companies exploit their employees' dedication and fears of retrenchments

Vantaggi

Modern, clean, and eco-conscious office environment on a single floor.

Svantaggi

Excessively long hiring process spanning over two months, including multiple assessments, panel interviews, and a case study presentation. No clarity on role location – I was led to believe I was the final candidate, only to be told at the end that the position had been moved to another country. This suggests the role was never properly approved for the advertised location before the process began. Poor communication – After the final interview, I heard nothing for weeks and had to follow up myself just to receive an update. Free consulting concern – After being rejected, HR asked if I would be open to consulting for them. Given the extensive case study already presented, it felt like the interview process was used to extract free expertise without a genuine intent to hire. Disregard for candidates’ time and resources – Investing months of effort into a process that was not properly approved is disrespectful to any job seeker.
