It's extremely hot. The equipment is in bad shape and 95% of the equipment has no ventilation. This causes employees to have to operate with doors and windows open when charging the furnaces and picking up material. That is extremely dangerous and will eventually cause another fatality. The formans will lie to you and disrespect you infront of coworkers and other staff. And the pay isn't horrible but it's still not enough for the unsafe Conditions in which you'll be working.
