Management doesn’t know what they’re doing, don’t know the process and can’t give you training or an answer to guide you to do better, everyone is leaving this company as soon as they see all the problems be careful if you appreciate your health stay away Was a good company environment until new management took over they are incompetent and you will be stressed all the time because of their lack of knowledge and help to resolve problems you will be thrown in to a fire with no extinguisher. The top 3 persons that are in charge don’t care about anyone but themselves if you see good reviews are because they tell people to do it not because the want to Human Resources is a joke nobody trusts them because they will not work with you. If your ideas are better that them you are a threat, they will not like you and you will be terminated also there is many brownnosers that want to keep their jobs and will throw you under the bus to look good In general all management sucks except one department They promised many things but never happen
