Vantaggi

The money was good for a while. But they have changed so much and don't reward hard work the same way they used to.

Svantaggi

A hot-tempered CEO who thinks it's ok to berate people. A "leadership" staff of a few late-20's / early-30's women who have almost zero business experience between all of them. Jay is such a hot head that he asks for advice but has no patience so just does whatever he wanted to do in the first place. He also places blame on everyone but himself. He does give the old "this is my fault. I hired incompetent people..." But no one is as smart as him so it's pointless trying. And he will let you know how dumb you are.

Vantaggi

It is a wonderful place to grow. The role itself is flexible, has great pay and you will work alongside some wonderful and talented people. This role will challenge you and give you opportunities that no other role can.

Svantaggi

The trainer role is unsustainable. You can't do it forever. There needs to be a better way to leverage trainers' experience and talent.

Vantaggi

the employees who are *still* (still being the key word here) there, are some of the nicest most fun people to have as coworkers

Svantaggi

This company is fraudulent to the nth degree. The people who are higher up will be there forever and ever, not matter what kind of dirty and unethical things they do. They're protected because they know things that would ruin this company if it got out. The reviews on here that are 4 & 5 stars are totally rigged.. look at the dates they were all posted - within 2-3 days of each other. I would bet money on the fact that they had an incentive to post positive reviews to weed out the bad (and truthful) ones.
