Awful health benefits. High deductible plan. For individual plan is cost $150.00 every other week plus had to pay out of packet for all medical appointments until I reached $3500. Family plan for even worst-$450 bi weekly. Worked in employment services department. Manger and supervisor were awful! Put unrealistic expectations on your shoulders. No support when doing monthly reporting on outreach. The monthly reports are based on SNAP, TANF, and 200% customers. Customers come in with a lot of barriers to employment. No transportation, limited education, childcare issues but the expectation is to find all employment. If not your supervisor will start monthly interventions with you. Starting pay is low....between $32,000-35,000 Employees working there often state that management treats their clients coming through the door better than employees. Lots of turnover in employment services department.
