      90% of the sales floor will never hit comission, if they do the margains are so low that it doesn't matter, low salary for position and too many responsibilities. not hybrid for at least a year,

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
