Constantly shortstaffed, and poor work culture. People were constantly calling in sick and it's hard to find a cover. Lots of people slacking off. Everyone had their hours cut back due to this problem. Hard work but little reward. When it's busy, it does get stressful and customers can be pretty hard to deal with during this time.
