- Fast growing, exciting company with a lot of opportunities for progression. Definitely more of a career than a job! - Staff always involved with regular social events both Nationally and in Regions. These include team building days, activities etc. - A great company structure to ensure all members of staff are offered support. -Very rewarding to work for a company that hold so many benefits for both Schools and Local communities.

Great opportunities to influence the direction of an up and coming business. A company that listens to and values the opinions of its staff. A company that is growing and always offering opportunities for development and progression. Company says what it does and does what it says. There's no cloak and daggers, information is shared from top to bottom of the business with no delay or filtering of information. Staff at every level understand the direction the company is going in and the reasoning behind all the decisions made. Staff are encouraged to show entrepreneurial spirit, flair and enterprise. Not too many layers of middle management meaning decisions come quickly, communication is fast and also not full of people with their own agendas. Staff work hard at all levels and this is both appreciated by line managers but also as a company they recognise that and take the whole company out for exciting events and experiences as a way of saying thank you, to build morale and to build team work.

Sometimes staff can feel a little separated and lonely due to the remote working nature of the role, however regional teams exist and should stop this. There can be times where staff have no work life balance, this isn't the expectation at all but sometimes is the reality. Front line staff (SLAs) aren't really included in much, would be good to involve them more, reward them more and offer them a better sense of community as they do a great job.

Thanks for the feedback and don't you worry we will continue to grow and improve what we do. We will be the largest provider of leisure facilities in the UK very soon. Watch this space. Some really valid points in the cons section and I would like to spend the time to answer these separately 1) Staff feeling separated. This is a challenge for us as a company due to the model and we are always looking to improve this. We have recently increased the number of team meetings/gathers to try help this but further suggestions on this are would be appreciated. The senior team has started work on looking at ways to particularly improving internal communication so hopefully you should see the effect these soon and that should help. 2) work life balance - yes we agree with this, we recently spoke at a regional meet about how we need to monitor/prevent this better because some staff are working way to hard and perhaps over delivering sometimes to clients. This is admiral but not sustainable. We are lucky to have such enthusiastic staff. We have made some recent changes to some processes to take workload off departments, there are more to come and hopefully you have seen these. 3) SLAs - 100% agree, over the past 12 months we have implemented, new inductions, new uniform, SLA of the months awards and the SLA news letters to try and improve this. That said we want to do more and there is again more to come particularly around communication, training/qualifications and progression routes for them
