If you’re looking for a company with long-term employment opportunities, SMR is it. A majority of SMR’s employees have been there 5, 10, 15+ years which speaks for itself. SMR takes good care of their employees, from great benefits, wellness programs, to salaries, bonuses, training, and promoting from within, they are an all-around great company to work for. Personally, I recently retired from their country club amenity, and proud to have been a part of growing my career with this company for the past 25 years.
