- good place to get exposed to automotive/manufacturing industry - variety of problems to keep challenged at work - you are on your own to learn the product (both Pros and Cons) - flexible work environment

- since was acquire by US parent company, things have deteriorated for employees (supposedly financials have improved on paper!) - not much innovation culture or environment, just keeping the business going - quite management heavy, for every few people, there are several managers - too much travel requirements - pay and benefits are lagging behind market - no training or education on company products - no clear path for promotions, and high turnover in past few years
