Vantaggi
The job offered decent pay and benefits, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
Svantaggi
Cons:
Poor Work-Life Balance: The workload was often overwhelming with no respect for personal time, leading to significant stress and burnout.
Toxic Culture: The workplace environment was highly dysfunctional, with ineffective communication and widespread favoritism. Accountability was lacking, and conflict was often ignored or mishandled. The result was a lack of trust and transparency across teams, creating unnecessary tension and stress among employees.
Lack of Leadership: Leadership is a major issue here. Managers were more concerned with covering themselves than supporting their teams. There was no clear direction, and decisions felt arbitrary at times. Worse, there was no room for upward mobility or career growth, no matter how well you performed.
Inadequate Compensation: The company fell short on promised bonuses. My first-year bonus was a mere 1/4 of what was expected, and by the second year, no bonus was given at all, with little explanation.
Unfair Travel Policies: The daily food stipend was unrealistically low—$80, no matter where you traveled (whether to a high-cost city or an airport). Expenses beyond that were rejected, forcing employees to pay out of pocket. This policy made travel unnecessarily stressful.
