The teams collaborate well, leadership is accessible, and there’s a strong sense that what we are building actually helps colleges open more doors for students. The company is small enough that your work matters, but established enough to provide stability and resources. There’s also a lot of autonomy if you’re someone who takes initiative, and new ideas are welcomed instead of pushed aside.

It’s a fast-moving environment, so priorities can shift quickly depending on what departments or partner schools need. Sometimes cross-team communication lags behind the pace of the work. Not deal-breakers, just part of working in a growing organization that handles a lot of custom solutions.
