People, location, culture (even thou in last months culture has suffered). Ergonomic workspace, agile culture and space to grow. Transparency is also really nice. Fast-growing company.

Even that the teams are formed by good skilles people, there is lack of autonomy (cto decides everything) and some unexpected movements are happening. Culture is suffering in the past months and I don't understand really why.
