The company is not having any automation work and highly skilled people are hired and they expect them to do low grade work. First of all upper management wants a screenshot for each and every step of the test case. God knows what kind of industry practice is it. Upper management has no trust in the QA. Even if you're a manual tester please do not prefer this company because you will be doing some low grade work screenshot taking and placing in a word file and adding a link to the test case. Total crap work. Your bug finding & debugging skills are going to be wasted here. Secondly, they have multiple projects and you will be thrown into different areas every now and then. You cannot be expert in one area. Today you might be working in 1 project tomorrow you will be in different project. Manager doesn't have any idea how to utilize the resources and teammates are completely slaves. They will drag the work from morning to late night for no reason.
