Full training programme which for new graduates is extensive. Training according to role too - e.g. a lot of writer-based sessions. Supportive team - we work together and no-one left working by themselves to meet a deadline. No-one is 'above' getting stuck in when timelines are tight. The team working and collaboration with clients leads to a lot of organic growth and working with clients for several years. Social aspects are good too and a focus on maintaining steady workloads to be able to finish work at a very reasonable time. Managers listen, and action.

It is a little out of London (in Surrey) but commutes can be quicker as it's the opposite flow of everyone going into London!
