7yWe do regret if you had any issues with your employment agreement while working for us. Please note though the term of the agreement are always clearly communicated to new employees when they are hired, and it is then up to the employee as to whether they wish to sign the agreement or not. This only there for the protection of the employee and the company. We also ALWAYS work with an employee to release them from the agreement if they wish to move on to another opportunity, however some employees choose to simply break the agreement, which we would assume is the course of action you chose unfortunately.
