Great company with lots of freedom and ability to learn about the different fields in IT. Family oriented and very understanding with days off/emergencies.

No cons that I can think.

The potential to learn a lot is there for those who want it. Company culture was a plus for me, but it's not for everyone.

2 month notice. Just short enough to not sound absurd to young techs, while being just long enough to ensure other companies won't hire you. This ensures you have to put your livelihood on the line in order to leave. Low pay, easily 10-20k less then market average. Zero mentorship, you sink or swim. Super stressful for no reason. Teamwork is extremely lacking. CEO is bipolar, and makes decisions seemingly at random and oftentimes at the detriment of everyone involved. On call work is just unpaid labor.
