The truth is you're not paid enough for the work you have done and no work life balance... Like there is a rule in this company 4th Saturday work compulsory.. And even on other weekends they force you to work for incentives which is not acceptable, And every single day of the year the only thing which pops out there mouth is peak days... And work for incentives.. And the incentives are not up to the line which you'll never satisfy...
