- Colleagues are amazing: friendly, diverse, and generally just good company - Admin, resources, and HR are very proactive and will try to assist however they can - Company has demonstrated that they care about the well-being of their employees several times in my time here in response to world events and has extended multiple avenues of assistance - Very diverse client base means that every project is different and you will be exposed to many experiences - Company isn't stagnant with technologies utilized and encourages employees to learn new skills - Well-documented processes - Trainings are available for interested employees - Competitive compensation - Very flexible working hours - Remote work setup

Svantaggi

- Global scale of the company means that if the team has time zone differences, one either needs to wait for a response or adjust hours occasionally - Most employees are paid hourly and not on a salary, this can be a pro or con depending on the individual - If you are assigned to more than 1 project, you will need to be mindful that you're allocating your hours properly between projects. Management and the resources team will assist however much they can with this - You will need to file your own taxes
