Will never recommend - Recensione dipendente - Administrative Assistant presso Score Group

Idedicated almost two years to Score Canada and on 05/09/2024 I was called into the boardroom and let go “without cause” in the middle of the work day. I was told that my contract was being terminated, and when i asked why, I got told management was not given a reason and it came directly from head office. That didn’t sit well with me because someone from the office would have had to put in the head office request to terminate me. I felt they were being dishonest. I was also never asked or given the resources to grow in the department after almost two years. Even when I asked for my own training I was never given that. There was some training that happened but I was never offered to join or I didn’t find out about it until the day off. It is unfortunate how my working relationship with Score ended, and I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend working here if you want to advance and enjoy a career in the oil and gas industry.
