The "front of house" management is very helpful and accommodating to time off requests or personal issues should they arise. Generally a really nice place to work for. It's usually always busy so if you're a server or bartender you make good money. Staff is really friendly and are generally all friends or hangout together after work/ on days off. Great way to build friendships through work if that's important to you.

For any hosts, servers or bartenders there aren't that many cons. But the managers here are a bit overworked and doesn't seem to be too much of a work-life balance for them. Long hours in general for staff and management, no time for breaks/sitting down as is the case for most restaurants/bars.

Servers are very generous about sharing tips with kitchen staff Guaranteed meal and drinks for each of your shifts, you can even get it to go.
