At the same time, we’re sorry to hear how frustrated and unsupported you’ve felt, especially given the consistency and effort you’ve put in over the years. We hear your concerns around compensation, recognition, and growth opportunities. Long-tenured team members play a critical role in maintaining stability and client success, and it’s important that they feel valued for those contributions. Our annual pay review process is designed to recognize strong performance and ensure we remain competitive with the market, but feedback like yours makes it clear we still have work to do in how that’s experienced.
We also recognize the impact that reorganizations and increased workloads can have on teams. Ensuring changes are handled thoughtfully and that those who remain feel supported and set up for success is something we continue to focus on improving.
