Work/life balance was a promise made straight out of the gate, wasn't a reality until 2 months before they decided to close the contact centre. Incentives were promised, but hard to obtain and only came around once a year. Every coaching session, team meeting and corporate policy change was dressed up and 'dumbed' down to a point where they were just using pictures to get the point across.
