6yThank you for your feedback about your experience at Scott Credit Union. Employee surveys are an integral part of our improvement process as they are one of the many tools utilized to determine what improvements can be made. We have made several changes based on survey results and will continue to utilize survey data to enhance the employee experience. Growing the branch network is an important part of strategy and allows us to carry out the people-helping-people philosophy to our members, improving their financial well-being.
We strive to offer a work/life balance for our employees as we understand that rested employees are happy employees. As we continue to grow, we may experience times of transition where employees are asked to work beyond their normally scheduled hours, however our end goal is to always ensure our employees work a reasonable, predictable schedule. Providing fun outlets that allow employees a break from work, such as free food or prizes, are meant to be a positive reminder to our employees that we care about their experience and appreciate their hard work and dedication to Scott Credit Union.
I am disappointed to read that your experience did not meet our standards, however I appreciate the feedback.
