Fairview Division (SFEG) Very poor management in all areas, the company does not promote an environment that feels safe from harassment, racism, sexism, and religious judgment. Salary employees are all but forgotten when it comes to raises, some employees had worked for over 10 years without a raise, I worked there for several years, performing the duties of two people, and did not get a single raise. They have a history of rewarding incompetence and overlooking the ones who keep the company going.
