Great work life balance, supportive leadership, benefits are top notch in the industry, leadership is attuned to industry developments and is proactive about organizational improvements, lots of autonomy.

At times feedback can be sparse (very entrepreneurial focused), deparmental silos can create overlap and, at times, communication issues

Interning here over the summer was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and the environment felt very family-like. I was able to travel to different branches and meet people from all over. Overall, it was truly the best internship experience I’ve had.
