The organisation suffers from a lack of accountability at all levels, currently people are very reluctant to actually do their jobs and there is no escalation route for poor behaviour and performance which means very little progress is made and money is being wasted. Its frustrating to work with so many large egos at one time. There is a "jobs for the boys" culture which often means good people leave as there are no opportunities for advancement. The office locations are very difficult to get to unless you have your own transport, the whole "green" bit is just management lip service
