Good HR policies (largely followed), good concern for employee welfare, working hours are reasonable, you either get flexitime or paid overtime, great leave allowance, good maternity policies, great in-house gym (for a small fee)
Svantaggi
Some inconsistencies with adherence to HR policies, patchy management (mostly at a junior and middle management level), under-staffed due to staff reductions without reduction of work, salaries aren't always great and duties vary wildly in different posts at the same grade, ludicrously difficult to progress between "bands".
