Scout really puts a lot of effort into having a positive, healthy environment for all to work, without going too far over the top. The technology that I get to work with is really modern and innovative, and honestly most importantly I would say is the intrinsic value given to getting things done right. Truly a transparent work environment. From the CEO and throughout the organization. Everyone has access to each other, are encouraged to provide honest feedback at all times, and are rewarded for having new ideas. Employees are valued, supported, and rewarded for their hard work.
