Weakness of our senior management to adapt and inability to sell their vision has resulted in massive turnover in the past year. The fact that the 5 star ratings in the last year are from the CFO and HR that hold position of power while actual employees don’t have the same perception says it all. This company focuses so much on branding and marketing, their wellpad program and other technologies such yet they can’t hold on to a single sales person to sell them...I’ve seen people come and go since I’ve been here. It’s a company the promotes diversity and inclusion which we do have a diverse group that’s great, when the company only celebrates one gender on social media and disregards the rest it’s disappointing and discouraging. It’s becoming more of a job here than a career and it’s too little too late for paying people better as we’ve lost too many good people including some of our best females who’s their quotes are used on social media to promote culture here…how come they no longer work for us?!
