I've had a truly positive experience working at Scratch. The leadership team is thoughtful, approachable, and genuinely invested in both the company’s success and employee development. Everyone that I interacted with was incredibly kind, and I had very clear directions on what tasks I needed to do each week. My manager especially was so sweet; she was my favorite thing about working there. They were super transparent about any questions I had, and the hybrid environment was just right for me.

The only con I can think of is that I wish there was more work I could've done. I know what an intern is allowed to do is limited for good reason, but I found myself with downtime sometimes that I would've rather been using to learn a new skill or practice something.
