Coming in, it was clear the organization was diversifying and bringing in knowledgable professionals with years of experience to help the organization thrive. A few long time members of the team are still holding on by a thread. Shows their dedication. Though fully remote now, the headquarters location in Boston is in a nice location. Good sense of community service by supporting users from all over the world on creative learning.

Very week leadership in the C-suite and Board of Directors level. Individuals promoted to roles with no previous management skill, or understanding of operations. Went through 3 ceo's in 2 years along with other important leaders. Terminating key impactful team members for no reason and individuals leaving often. Nepotism runs rampant. Board of Directors completely disconnected to the declining state of the organization in more areas then one. Lacks diversity once again now that job cuts have happened.
