- poor management of people, there is a culture of blame and fear - job doesn't feel secure as such a high turnover of staff, even in the short time I was there - unprofessional way of treating staff - nobody really knows what they are doing, therefore how could any of the employees? - poor, poor pay - gossip is rife - conflict between staff due to high pressure which isn't reflected in the salary of the role
