- Communication from higher management (above store level) - Unrealistic expectations (why are you incentivising us on XYZ when we don't recieve any POS and we have cheaper different XYZ in the AOVs ???? Incentives are completely broken when the same low money taking stores win when it's based against target, not quantity sold, and when other stores have a higher stock) - Respect - Expectations to "do more" for no added money, just because it's your "job" - Area managers seem out of touch with what goes on in every day branch life - Absolutely seem to of lost the "culture" aspect of the job, much more focused on what makes the company money through drawn out unrealistic business plans over keeping their long term staff happy.
