The current head of technology is a very very unpredictable person to work with. He encourages overworking and toxic work culture and makes fun of burnout issues in employees. Any personal commitment or time off is looked down upon. Some actions of the manager are straightforward insulting towards female employees and talking to the HR only leads to a fake consolation call. Very smart internal politics and promotion to only those people who agree to be slaves of the tech unit head. He has no understanding of the underlying technology but uses fancy words to cover up his lacking and misunderstandings.
