Vantaggi

Ok if you don't mind being screwed over

Svantaggi

Pros: None Management – Need to restructure the whole program. Need to train staff properly. Office Staff RUDE and unprofessional who are all highly unorganized. No communication and nobody ever knows what is really going on. They need staff that no how to organize and plan. Job: They tell you one thing and once you are working it’s something different. Poor training then they complain about how you are not doing your job well. Long hours with NO breaks and you stand for sometimes 10-12 hours a shift and did I mention no LUNCH breaks. So make sure you carry like they say a “granola bar” in your pocket for the entire shift. They promise insurance after 3 month then nothing is offered. They will tell you they will pay you one salary then change it later with excuses about how you need more training then eventually they will give you back your salary but refuse to put in writing. Very sneaky and liars. STOP assuming you can just learn as you go. If you were not taught properly the first time you will not succeed. Very untruthful. If you see their ad Run!

Vantaggi

-Sporadic and low hours, which is only positive if you're going to school or working many jobs.

Svantaggi

-The EMR tutor position is marketed as a hard-skills position. It's not. Don't expect to become an EMR software expert. In reality, you barely know more than the people you're supposed to assist. In fact, you probably know less because you're never taught basic healthcare workflows. You're the healthcare equivalent of a Walmart greeter. -You'll be expected to assist in classes that you haven't taken yet, and these classes may involve software functions you've never heard of before. I hope you're good at faking it in front of doctors. -Despite working at many different locations, you'll never be given access to any of the buildings. You'll also never be told who to contact to get into the buildings. You'll have to resort to asking random employees to let you in, so hopefully you're not too sketchy looking. -While most everyone else is wearing business casual or "better," you'll be wearing cheap, unisex scrubs. Instead of looking professional, you'll look like Poseur, M.D. -Any complaints, no matter how professionally written, will not be heard. Worse, they probably won't even be acknowledged. tl;dr: If you have a background in IT, education, or have any sort of professional self-respect, this job isn't for you.
