There are overall good employee benefits like private health insurance, reasonable holidays. There are good learning opportunities. I can see it’s a fast-growing company with a strong, forward-moving culture. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to switch companies, especially if you value growth and collaboration. The best part has been the HR team — they’re very responsive and genuinely helpful with any queries, from onboarding onwards.

So far I couldn't see any cons.
