Infrastructure didn't always keep up with the pace of growth; For some who came to work for Scrypt, in my opinion, the pace of growth and the demands of the job were too much to handle; unfortunately, upon exit from the company, this resulted in a couple of rare negative reviews.

CEO genuinely cares about the employees and, if warranted, will allow employees to forge their own career paths within the company. Hard work, dedication, and thinking outside of the box are rewarded. Complacency not so much which I appreciate. As a result, most everyone in the company is great to work with and carries their own load. There is also a dedication to customers and creating the best product possible, not just revenue, that isn't all that common these days.

Benefits are not necessarily up to par with some other venture capital funded tech companies but as an employee I appreciate that they aren't spending money unnecessarily. As the company grows benefits have increased and I feel well rewarded for my work.
