Pay is somewhat good for the area, most people are pretty friendly and everyone has their own cubicle which is a rarity these days.

The first thing you notice when you enter is the crumbling infrastructure. From cracks in walls to dirty stairwell to unclean bathrooms and ancient cubes. That's just the beginning of it. Soon you start noticing things such as bugs in and around the building. They recently replaced the building roof to prevent leaks inside the building and prevent animals from coming in. Bugs (ants, hornets, wasps and even fleas) are a regular appearance even after the roof replacement. Diversity is also lacking. Nearly everyone is a white man in 40's. The place is desolate and there is no cohesion. The leadership is occupied with the stock price and selling the company at the detriment of the products they're supposed to be building. There is no single unified vision but instead everything changes day to day at the whim of a customer. There is a sense that the customer is always right and SeaChange tries to be something for everyone and in process ends up failing at everything because our customers often have conflicting requirements. There is nobody in leadership to put a stop to it.
