Disorganised, bullying, long hours expected and not appreciated, back stabbing, poor service from HR team. The company has grown too rapidly and systems/knowledge has not kept up. I would not recommend this company unless you do not want any work life balance. Objectives are unclear, culture of blame and nastiness.
